High-Precision Permanent Gas Analysis
Permanent gas analysis is essential for monitoring process gases, fuel streams, and industrial gas mixtures. The GAS Permanent Gas Analyser (PGA) is a customised GC solution designed for the accurate determination of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, light hydrocarbons and hydrogen sulphide in a wide range of gas matrices.
Based on proven GC technology, the analyser uses packed columns with column switching and Thermal Conductivity Detection (TCD) to deliver reliable and reproducible results. Robust diaphragm valves with internal purge are mounted in a separately heated valve oven, providing significantly longer lifetime and reduced maintenance compared to traditional rotary valves.
