Accurate measurement of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide is essential in petrochemical, hydrogen and industrial gas applications. Even trace levels of CO and CO2 can impact product quality, catalyst performance and process efficiency. The GAS CO-CO2 Analyser provides a robust and highly reliable GC solution for the determination of CO, CO2 and methane in a wide range of gas matrices, including hydrogen and hydrocarbon streams. Based on methaniser-FID technology, the analyser converts CO and CO2 into methane for sensitive detection, enabling sub-ppm analysis with detection limits down to 50 ppb. The system is fully compliant with UOP 603-13 and designed for long term stability and high uptime.
