High-Precision Low Level Oxygenates Analysis
Oxygenated components such as alcohols, ethers and ketones can be present in hydrocarbon streams at low ppm or sub-ppm levels. Even at these concentrations, oxygenates can significantly reduce catalyst lifetime and negatively impact downstream processing. In addition, environmental and product quality regulations increasingly require accurate monitoring of oxygenates at low concentration levels.
The GAS Low Level Oxygenates Analyser provides a dedicated GC-based solution for the analysis of oxygen-containing components in liquid hydrocarbons according to ASTM D7423, ASTM D7754 and UOP 960. Built on proven Thermo Trace GC 1600 technology, the analyser combines highly selective capillary separation with robust liquid injection and integrated backflush to deliver reliable, repeatable results with high uptime and low maintenance.
