The GAS Refinery Gas Analyser portfolio provides reliable measurement of hydrogen, permanent gases, light hydrocarbons and optional sulphur components across a wide range of refinery gas streams.
Based on proven gas chromatography technology, we offer two high-performance RGA solutions, both available in multi-channel configurations to meet demanding process requirements.
The first solution, built on the Thermo Scientific™ GC 1600 platform, delivers a complete gas composition in just 5 minutes – or 7 minutes when including H₂S analysis. With Instant Connect detector technology, the system maximises uptime while minimising maintenance costs, ensuring reliable long-term operation.
For applications requiring even faster response times, the Flash RGA – based on the CompactGC4.0 in a 19″ rack-mount form factor – provides ultra-fast analysis in less than 200 seconds. Its compact, modular design makes it ideal for integration into process cabinets and analyser shelters.
Both platforms are equipped with robust diaphragm valves and Sulfinert®-treated tubing, guaranteeing high uptime, outstanding repeatability, and long-term operational stability in demanding environments.
